AT 7 PM CENTRAL TIME today, I’ll be premiering a YouTube video called “A father’s reflection on a miscarriage.”
It’s a personal story of how I experienced my wife’s miscarriage many years ago now, and about how I dealt with the loss.
I wrote the story shortly after it happened. But this is the first time I’ve told the story out loud.
I’ll have the YouTube chat feature on for an hour.
This premiere feature with a chat option is brand new to me, but I’ll give it a try.
The video runs about 13 minutes. For those who have been through a miscarriage, this may be a tough story to watch. But it was a tough story to live.

Stephen,
Thank you for sharing your painful story. I was overwhelmed with emotion. I pray God’s comfort for you and your wife.
2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Living Bible (TLB)
3-4 What a wonderful God we have—he is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the source of every mercy, and the one who so wonderfully comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials. And why does he do this? So that when others are troubled, needing our sympathy and encouragement, we can pass on to them this same help and comfort God has given us. 5 You can be sure that the more we undergo sufferings for Christ, the more he will shower us with his comfort and encouragement.
Stephen M. Miller
Thanks JC.
