After the resurrection, Jesus seemed to have had a body that was physical and yet it could instantly disappear and reappear. You could call it a hybrid body—physical with something added. Do you think that might be an indication of the kind of body people will have in the afterlife?

The Bible writers never bothered to answer that question. But one reason it might be a fair guess that we will have a body similar to this is because at the Transfiguration, Moses and Elijah seemed to appear with Jesus in a transformed state (Luke 9:30).
