With this virus sequester going on, when I can’t touch any of my kids or grandkids, I kinda cried a little when I watched it this time.
I’ve created several Easter-season videos over the years, as I’ve struggled to teach myself how to produce videos from thin air, start to finish.
I’m still not good at it.
I’ve learned to do a lot of different things from start to finish, but I don’t do many of them particularly well.
I got that from my dad. He was a great mechanic and machinist (I didn’t get that), but he was a Jimmy Rigger in carpentry (I definitely got that. Q to wife: “How’s my Sequester Project, the living room bench, looking? Don’t look close. Back up. Further. Six feet or more.”)

Watch at least three of them and tell me which one you like best and why. I’ll mail you a free book as soon as I can safely get out of this doggone house—or sweet talk someone into mailing it for me. Which may be weeks. I’m not that sweet.

But I like what I do. I’m not creative enough to make stuff up. If I could, I’d go into marketing.

I have gladly watched several of the videos (didn’t really count, liked them all), but my favorite was the father/daughter wedding dance. Our daughter,Faith (I know, a beautiful name for a truly beautiful young woman) is pretty serious for a young man we’ve takin-a-liken-to and God willing I may have to be practicing my own dance moves. Brought a tear to my eye, just the thought.
I have several of your books ( you even sent me a free one, with a nice comment, a few years back) but the complete guide to the Bible would be wonderful. Regardless of what book, thanks for your work, your humor and your spirit. My warmest regards to your family and especially your mom.????
